The model HD-5050PRO Super Wide angle conversion lens is designed to broaden the angle of view, including 100% more area in the picture, when attached to the lens of Digital Video Camcorder. Its compatible with the whole zoom area and stays in focus.
The HD-5050PRO/HD-5005PRO is made of the high-index optical glass elements with new concept of lens designing using three-group/four-element lens formula. This new concept in designing the lens made it possible to achieve an amazing high definition wide angle lens of the 600 lines/mm resolution power at center.
The HD-5050PRO lens is primarily designed to achieve the optimum performance for use with compact digital/video camcorders. And it's compatible with some digital still cameras too. But, in that case there could be slight image quality reduction depending on the model in use.

Depending upon the model of camera in use or the condition of shooting, especially when the lighting is not bright enough, there may be possibility of creating a flare effect which reduces the image quality at the telephoto. When the HD-5050PRO lens is attached and set at telephoto for a distant object, please make sure that the object is under the bright condition.
Remote control function and internal video light/Flash may not work properly with conversion lens attached.
