If an order is placed on Saturday or Sunday which is a non working day the order will process starting on Monday. No boxes will be accepted unless we are contacted and you are given a Return Authorization Number. All returns must Include the correct packaging that they came with in proper shape.All returns must include the item's original, undamaged packaging and instructions. Returns must also include the blank warranty card. When making your return, please include a copy of a short note stating the reason for your return.
